Eligibility: Candidates with experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, sales, account management, or performance marketing with strong analytical skills.

Role Overview: This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, sales strategy, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in strengthening our advertising ecosystem and supporting suppliers in scaling through ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own ad revenue targets and growth from a defined portfolio of high-value sellers.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers to grow advertiser accounts.
  • Drive day-to-day campaign operations, adoption of ad solutions, and process efficiency.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities to increase advertiser performance and platform spend.
  • Implement workflows, activation programs, and retention strategies to drive ROI for advertisers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital ads, sales, or account management
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis
