Eligibility-
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management or related field
- Proven experience in hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, or overall operations)
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Understanding of hotel management systems and SOPs
Role Overview-
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the hotel, ensuring smooth operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards, and optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage daily hotel operations across all departments
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Supervise and support department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B)
- Monitor occupancy, room inventory, and revenue performance
- Implement and maintain operational SOPs and service standards
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency
- Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize bookings
