Years of Exp- 5–10 Years (preferred in hotel operations, front office, or F&B operations)

Location-Pune

Role Type: Full-Time Role

Salary- As per industry standards, / Based on experience

Eligibility-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, or overall operations)
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Understanding of hotel management systems and SOPs

Role Overview-

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the hotel, ensuring smooth operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards, and optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Manage daily hotel operations across all departments
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Supervise and support department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B)
  • Monitor occupancy, room inventory, and revenue performance
  • Implement and maintain operational SOPs and service standards
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
  • Control operational costs and improve efficiency
  • Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize bookings
