Role Overview:

Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers focused on building and optimizing Acquia’s Next Generation Cloud platform through effective DevOps, automation, and agile software delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional engineering teams in cloud system design and automation; drive CI/CD and DevOps improvements; collaborate with Product Managers to remove blockers, enhance delivery efficiency, and inspire a high-performance culture.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and Agile project management skills; experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Jenkins, and Infrastructure-as-Code; background in system automation, release management, and cloud operations.
