Eligibility:

Candidates must have prior experience working in a multi-cloud Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud) with hands-on configuration, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement responsibilities.

Role Overview

This role sits within Grab’s Commercial Systems team under Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) and plays a strategic part in shaping upstream business demand, translating complex cross-functional requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and guiding delivery through the full Salesforce lifecycle.

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will engage early in the requirement intake cycle — partnering with GT business stakeholders, SMEs, and engineering squads — to ensure clear alignment, solution readiness, and successful delivery. You will operate in both a functional consultant and delivery enabler capacity, driving configuration, documentation, governance, and high-quality Salesforce releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Build structured documentation artifacts: BRDs, user stories, functional specs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own backlog grooming, prioritization and intake management using impact vs. effort and roadmap alignment frameworks.
  • Lead SIT/UAT preparedness by collaborating with QA, developers, and product owners to ensure full traceability and measurable acceptance.
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, security model, dashboards, automation, integrations, record types).
  • Drive continuous improvement by reducing technical debt, identifying automation opportunities, and improving platform governance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or equivalent role in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, governance, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, Reports/Dashboards, Permission Sets, SOQL/SOSL, and Shield Encryption.
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops, defining requirements, and leading Agile ceremonies.
