Eligibility:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with proven hands-on experience in UI and API test automation, and a keen interest in AI-driven testing methodologies.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer with deep expertise in UI and API test automation and a passion for AI-assisted testing. The role involves developing scalable automation frameworks, validating complex data flows, and leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor to enhance automation productivity, accuracy, and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust UI and API automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation and efficient release cycles.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript or Python, adhering to coding best practices.
• Apply advanced test design methodologies to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Perform data validation and normalization across systems, including SQL-based backend verification.
• Implement Prompt Engineering strategies for AI-augmented automation workflows.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor to improve script generation, testing efficiency, and maintainability.
• Implement and utilize MCP (Model Context Protocol) for enhanced test context awareness and LLM integration.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects efficiently.
• Support R&D initiatives for AI Agent-based test orchestration and intelligent validation systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UI and API test automation.
• Proficiency in Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Strong scripting expertise in JavaScript or Python.
• Sound knowledge of data validation, SQL, and schema testing.
• Practical experience with Prompt Engineering, Codex / GitHub Copilot / Cursor, and MCP implementation.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals (prompt tuning, model embeddings, etc.).
• Exposure to AI Agent development and orchestration frameworks.
• High ownership mindset and passion for innovation.
• Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
