Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with 7+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll solutions in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Manage payroll processes, integrations, and compliance with local tax and labour regulations.
• Analyze payroll business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and payroll calculations to ensure accuracy.
• Support payroll testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll operations.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to stakeholders.
• Ensure payroll security and data integrity in compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation & support.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Interface.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax calculations, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with Payroll BI reporting and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
