• 5+ years in:
• Deal Desk / Sales Ops
• Contract negotiation / drafting
• Finance / Business analysis / Order-to-Cash
• Experience in SaaS / Enterprise / High-tech companies preferred
• Comfortable working in US shift

Role Overview

The Deals Desk team acts as the central hub for global sales, ensuring every deal is structured, compliant, and optimized for closure.

As a Senior Deals Desk Analyst, you will:

• Support complex deal structuring
• Influence pricing and contract strategy
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
• Ensure deals are commercially viable and aligned with company policies

This is a high-impact, revenue-supporting role that directly contributes to closing large enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end deal reviews for large and complex opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of:
• Product offerings
• Pricing strategies
• Competitive landscape
• Improve processes, governance, and deal workflows
• Support internal deal approvals and problem-solving
• Contribute to training and process documentation
