Job Title: Director of Human Resources Company: Zebra Technologies Years of Exp: 15+ years Location: Bengaluru Role Type: Full-Time Role Salary: As per company standards Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred Role Overview: Leads and develops Zebra’s HR function, aligning talent, culture, and organizational capability to drive business success. Oversees strategic HR initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, inclusion & diversity, employee engagement, compensation, learning, and organizational development. Serves as primary HR contact between business leaders and Centers of Excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team; drive organizational effectiveness and change programs; develop and implement employee engagement and communication initiatives; lead HR policies and talent management programs; diagnose and resolve employee relations issues; design training and development strategies; support mergers/acquisitions; ensure compliance with regulations; analyze HR metrics to improve organizational outcomes. Skills and Qualifications: 15+ years broad HR experience with progressive responsibility; strong knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, labor laws, compensation, training, recruitment, organizational design, and mergers/acquisitions; global experience preferred; excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and business acumen; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results; proficient in HR systems and tools.
