Role Overview:

The Senior Software Developer will contribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of eTools and associated systems within an Agile environment. The role involves close collaboration with the Technical Lead and Senior Solutions Architect to deliver high-quality software modules, improve system performance, and support continuous deployment cycles. Ideal for a proactive consultant who can work independently while aligning technical outcomes with strategic program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle software development and testing activities.
• Contribute to requirements specification and scope definition processes.
• Develop new enhancements, improvements, and modules for eTools (e.g., Work Planning).
• Improve code organization, documentation, and maintainability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, project artifacts, and data models.
• Write test scripts, implement bug fixes, and perform code reviews.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Python & Django.
• Strong background in Agile development, CI/CD, and iterative delivery.
• Experience with enterprise systems, scoping, user testing, and training.
• Solid understanding of QA testing, automation, and defect resolution.
• Proficiency in deploying software on Kubernetes, Docker, Docker Compose, and minikube.
