Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (India)

Eligibility

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Open to in-house, owner/operator, or agency backgrounds
  • Experience in recruiting in India market
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders and global teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment: job briefing to Day-1 onboarding
  • Partner with senior leaders and executives to guide hiring decisions
  • Manage bulk and niche hiring campaigns for the India office
  • Build and manage relationships with local recruitment vendors
  • Coordinate local and global interview processes
  • Conduct remuneration assessments and support offer negotiations
  • Liaise with the Perth team for contract creation and approvals
  • Oversee due diligence and background checks
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement through agencies until Day-1
  • Support employer branding activities and attend recruitment events
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience sourcing diverse talent in competitive markets
  • Knowledge of compensation and remuneration principles
  • close attention to detail with structured process management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, integrity, and respect

Desired / Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or bulk hiring
  • Exposure to white-collar and digital/technology roles
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
  • Experience using SuccessFactors or large ERP/ATS platforms
  • Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (not mandatory)
