Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Technology Enthusiast and Senior Designer who excels in a small, highly visible, and tight-knit team environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, architects, and team leads to own your part of the product line, drive design decisions, and ensure operational excellence of the platform. This role involves shaping intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and integrate user and stakeholder feedback into product updates
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
• Design and maintain scalable design systems and style guides across multiple platforms
• Write clear design specifications for engineering teams to implement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, throughout the design lifecycle
• Review implemented designs and provide constructive feedback to engineering teams
• Evaluate the usability of features and recommend improvements based on user behavior and testing
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all user touchpoints

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design (Web and Mobile)
• Strong experience in responsive design across multiple platforms
• Prior experience designing SaaS products is a strong plus
• Proficiency across all phases of the design process: problem understanding, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design
• Proven ability to rally cross-functional teams around a shared design vision
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Whimsical
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• A collaborative mindset with attention to detail and user-centric thinking
