- Strong B2B enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Ability to sell value/ROI-driven solutions (not feature-based selling)
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, 6Sense
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Role Overview-
This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on acquiring new business for Hootsuite. The Account Executive will own the entire sales pipeline—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals—while building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and driving long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities-
- Acquire new enterprise clients and achieve quota targets
- Generate outbound leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → negotiation → closing
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and lead strategic discussions
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses
- Collaborate with SDRs and pre/post-sales teams
- Develop account strategies and expansion opportunities
- Track and forecast sales performance using CRM tools
- Travel for client meetings and presentations
- Ensure smooth handoff to implementation/customer success teams
