• Experience in teaching, training, or consulting
• Knowledge of pedagogy & technology adoption

Role Overview:

Drive platform adoption and change management for education clients. Deliver training, consulting, and engagement strategies to maximize usage and value of the learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver client training (webinars, onsite, virtual)
• Guide change management & platform adoption
• Customize training & consulting solutions
• Develop training materials (videos, courses)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage client projects & timelines
• Analyze client needs & provide solutions
• Support advanced platform usage
• Identify upsell/training opportunities
