Job Title- Organic Growth Specialist

Eligibility- Engineering background from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institution; minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, ASO, and organic growth; strong analytical skills; experience with growth tools and working with product/engineering teams

Role Overview- This role focuses on driving non-paid growth across search, app stores, and product-led channels by combining technical SEO expertise with data-driven strategy and experimentation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end SEO including on-page, off-page, and technical initiatives; conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap identification; optimize app store listings (ASO) for rankings and conversions; run A/B tests for creatives and metadata; identify and execute new organic growth channels and product-led growth loops; build dashboards and track KPIs; perform site/app audits and collaborate with engineering for fixes; work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and brand teams

Skills and Qualifications- Strong understanding of SEO, ASO, search algorithms, and ranking factors; hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, AppFollow, Firebase; knowledge of technical SEO (sitemaps, schema, crawling, indexing, page speed); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with experimentation frameworks; basic understanding of HTML and CSS; ability to manage projects independently; experience in high-growth startup environments; knowledge of content strategy or programmatic SEO
