Eligibility-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology projects
  • Experience in HRMS/HRIS implementation or management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems

Role Overview-

We are seeking an experienced HR Tech Projects Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, drive system enhancements, and ensure seamless execution of HR tech initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise along with a deep understanding of HR systems and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and evaluate HR technology solutions
  • Plan, execute, and manage HR tech projects including timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
  • Lead system implementation, upgrades, and integrations
  • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates
  • Support post-implementation maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications-

  • Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall methodologies)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and HR technology platforms
  • Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to drive process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Budgeting and resource planning experience
  • High level of collaboration and time management skills
