Role Overview

Roblox is looking for an innovative and detail-obsessed Brand Designer to help elevate and evolve the Roblox brand across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with creative teams, writers, editors, and strategic partners to build design that communicates the heart of Roblox across platform experiences, marketing surfaces, presentations, video content, and more. This is a hands-on, highly creative role aimed at shaping how millions perceive and engage with the Roblox ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual design materials that strengthen the Roblox brand identity.
• Shape and refine how the Roblox brand shows up across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create on-brand visual assets for consumer, creator, and platform-focused campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve brand guidelines as needed.
• Design across varied audiences and switch comfortably between messaging tones and styles.
• Work with internal teams, external agencies, and production partners to deliver high-quality, scalable design work.
• Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute to a highly collaborative creative environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished execution.
• Experience working in-house and/or agency-side, with familiarity in managing external partners or production vendors.
• Strong design foundation across:
• Branding & Identity
• Graphic & Visual Design
• Typography
• Advertising Layouts
• Proficiency in design and presentation tools, including:
• Figma.
