Job Title: Business Development Executive Company : Odoo Years of Experience: 1+ years (business or sales experience preferred) Location: Gandhinagar,Gujrat Role Type: Full-Time Salary: Not specified (high commissions, no ceiling) Eligibility: Candidates with business knowledge, IT/software interest, strong communication and analytical skills; sales or consultancy experience is a plus Role Overview: Consult and sell IT/software solutions (CRM, accounting, HR, Inventory, Project Management) to SMEs using a solution-selling approach, engaging decision-makers, analyzing business needs, and leveraging inbound leads. Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads from marketing channels, analyze client business requirements, propose tailored software solutions, consult and negotiate with SMEs (CEO, CFO, CTO), manage sales pipeline, and achieve high revenue targets with focus on deal closure.
