Enrollment Specialist (Remote) – Resume & Job Placement Platform

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enrollment Specialist to connect job seekers with a powerful online platform designed to help them build professional resumes and access real employment opportunities.

In this role, you won’t just be “selling a service”—you’ll be helping individuals take meaningful steps toward employment, financial stability, and career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective users via phone, messaging, or online channels
• Participate in career workshops and job fairs
• Clearly communicate the value of our resume-building and job enrollment platform
• Address questions, overcome objections, and build trust with potential users
• Follow up with leads to ensure completion of registration and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling objections and assisting in enrollments
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and being involved in career engagement events
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer onboarding is a plus—but not required
