Role Overview: Own full-cycle recruitment while partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality, diverse talent through data-driven and candidate-centric hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end hiring, strategic sourcing via LinkedIn and niche platforms, stakeholder consulting, candidate experience, DE&I hiring practices, and ATS data integrity.

Skills and Qualifications: Advanced sourcing (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter), stakeholder management, market intelligence, ATS expertise (Greenhouse/Lever/Workday), strong communication, and DE&I awareness.
