Job Title: Senior Product Researcher Company :Netflix Years of Experience: 10+ years Location: LATAM (Regional Role) Role Type: Full-time Salary: As per company standards, based on experience Eligibility: 10+ years in Consumer Insights, Market Research or Strategy with strong LATAM market experience and advanced quantitative expertise Role Overview: Lead the regional Commerce Consumer Insights strategy for LATAM by delivering actionable insights, ensuring global alignment, and integrating commerce intelligence across content, marketing, and growth functions. Key Responsibilities: Own LATAM Commerce CI roadmap; act as primary CI partner to Commerce, Partnerships, Marketing and Product; support country teams with actionable market insights; align with global CI teams; apply end-to-end qual and quant research methods; integrate Commerce insights with Content, Marketing and Choosing; lead cross-country synthesis and thematic initiatives; elevate local insights to regional narratives; represent LATAM in global CI forums. Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, advanced analytics and synthesis; strong LATAM regional market knowledge; proven cross-functional leadership in matrixed organizations; excellent strategic thinking, storytelling and stakeholder influence skills; consumer-first mindset with ability to operate in fast-changing environments.
