Eligibility –

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management

Role Overview –

We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to manage and support Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. The role involves administering Exchange Online, managing Active Directory services, ensuring security compliance, and troubleshooting enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities –

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Administer Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, and distribution groups.
• Manage user provisioning, permissions, and security groups.
• Configure MFA, Conditional Access policies, and security compliance tools.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 services.

Skills and Qualifications –

• Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration
• Experience with Exchange Online and Exchange Server
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure AD, and SharePoint Online
• Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and security policies
• Familiarity with MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and email security tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
