Eligibility

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated US Accounting Executive to support daily accounting operations for US-based clients. The role involves handling core accounting activities, assisting in month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and collaborating with internal and client-facing teams to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily US accounting operations
• Post journal entries and maintain the General Ledger
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Perform bank, credit card, and expense reconciliations
• Assist in month-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting standards
• Coordinate with US clients and internal teams for accounting requirements
• Adhere to defined SOPs and accounting documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Working knowledge of US accounting principles and processes
• Basic understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with journal entries, GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work with US time zones (if applicable)
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn
