Role Overview:

Toddle is seeking experienced IB Psychology educators to develop a comprehensive, exam-focused IBDP Psychology textbook. The role involves syllabus mapping, content creation, assessment alignment, textbook structuring, and collaboration with reviewers to create high-quality learning resources for IB students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark existing Psychology textbooks and identify improvement opportunities
  • Review IA/EA reports to identify common student misconceptions and exam challenges
  • Map the complete IBDP Psychology syllabus and track SL/HL coverage
  • Design chapter structures and content templates
  • Write and refine textbook chapters, including a dedicated IA chapter
  • Ensure alignment with IB assessment objectives and mark schemes
  • Conduct final content validation and syllabus coverage checks
  • Participate in weekly progress and review meetings with the Toddle team
  • Incorporate reviewer feedback and revise content accordingly

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience teaching IBDP Psychology
  • Deep understanding of IB curriculum frameworks and assessment standards
  • Excellent academic writing and curriculum development skills
  • Ability to explain complex psychological concepts clearly to SL and HL students
  • Strong research, editing, and content-review skills
  • Experience developing educational content, textbooks, study guides, or curriculum resources is preferred
  • Strong time-management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, milestone-driven environment
