Role Overview

As an AI Application Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that solve complex business problems using Machine Learning, LLMs, NLP, and automation. You will turn ideas into production-ready AI solutions, working closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to build scalable and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and optimize AI/ML models into customer-facing and internal applications
• Develop end-to-end AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Work with large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and generative AI tools
• Create APIs, microservices, and backend components for AI workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI systems in production
• Implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong programming in Python, Node.js, or Java
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or OpenAI/LLM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, LLMs, or generative AI
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Good understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and MLOps

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and ChatGPT-like application development
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus
• Exposure to prompt engineering or model fine-tuning
