Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and curious Product Communications Specialist who is passionate about understanding products deeply and translating that understanding into clear, engaging, and user-focused communication. In this role, you will help build the voice of the product and ensure consistency across different product touchpoints. You will bridge the gap between how the product is built and how users experience it, working closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to enhance overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the internal architecture for product knowledge
- Create high-quality product communication assets, including articles and video content, while maintaining a consistent product voice
- Translate complex product functionality into simple, user-friendly communication
- Iterate on existing product features and proactively suggest improvements from a user-experience perspective
- Support product launches through clear and effective product communication
- Ensure all product resources align with the product’s design language, tone, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 0–1 year of experience in communications, content, product, or related roles
- Strong analytical and articulation skills with the ability to structure information clearly
- Keen interest in product understanding and improving user experience
- Ability to process existing design language and innovate within it
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- High sense of accountability and ownership
- Product design knowledge or experience is a plus
