Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 CAD/USD + Sales Incentives

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with proven B2B or SaaS enterprise sales experience and a strong record of achieving or exceeding quotas

Role Overview:

The Account Executive, Enterprise Sales, drives full-cycle B2B sales for Hootsuite’s social media management solutions — from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closure. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients across landmark industries through consultative and ROI-driven selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage an enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Present tailored product demos, craft winning proposals, and close complex deals with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Own sales forecasting, revenue attainment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and account expansion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong enterprise SaaS/B2B sales background with consultative and value-based selling expertise.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a focus on ROI and business impact.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting tools; resilient, target-driven, and customer-focused.
