Role Overview: Support and manage physical security operations for the Hyderabad office while aligning local practices with global security standards and supporting broader India and APAC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage access control, guard force, and visitor operations; act as site security liaison; maintain SOPs aligned with global standards; support emergency response and incident management; coordinate vendors and guard performance; support high-profile visits and events; partner with workplace and cross-functional teams; manage reporting, metrics, and records; support other India and APAC locations as required.

Skills and Qualifications: Experience in corporate security operations; knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, visitor management); understanding of local regulations and vendor market; strong prioritization and incident response skills; ability to handle confidential matters discreetly; availability for after-hours support; proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.
