Role Overview

We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical support for enterprise software applications. The role involves troubleshooting issues, analyzing logs, resolving system errors, and supporting production environments while ensuring high service quality for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for software products.
• Troubleshoot system issues and production incidents.
• Analyze log files and system errors to identify root causes.
• Use SQL queries to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
• Work with Linux systems and command-line tools for troubleshooting.
• Write basic scripts (Python, Perl, PHP, Bash) for automation or issue analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation and support processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
