Job Title: Senior Growth Engineer

Role Summary: Own and execute full-stack growth experiments, shipping production code from day one to drive user and revenue growth across a product used daily by millions of students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities: Design and run A/B tests, build growth features across the stack, own experimentation tooling and processes, collaborate via pair programming, deploy tested code daily, and drive measurable growth outcomes.

Required Skills: Growth engineering, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, full-stack development, ownership mindset, collaboration with product/design teams, and experience scaling products from early stage to massive user bases.

Bonus Skills: React, Node.js, MongoDB or MySQL, AWS, DevOps experience.
