Key Responsibilities-

• Design fault-tolerant,high-availability microservices

• Lead system design and cross-team architecture decisions

• Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions

• Develop backend/full-stack features(Kotlin,Spring Boot,Python,Django,React)

• Optimize systems using Kafka(event streaming)and Redis(caching)

• Ensure quality via testing, CI/CD, and monitoring

• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices

Skills and Qualifications-

• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture

• Proficiency in Kotlin, Spring Boot, Python, Django, React

• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Redis

• Strong system design knowledge(CAP theorem trade-offs)

• Proven mentorship and cross-team technical influence

• Experience with global teams and async communication
