Job Title- Technical Support Engineer Company - Orange Health Years of Exp- 1–2+ years Location- Remote ,India Role Type : Full Time Role Salary- Market competitive with bi-annual increments + ESOPs Eligibility- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; 1–2+ years of experience in technical support; basic programming knowledge with understanding of Python; experience handling end-user issues Role Overview- This role focuses on providing technical support to end-users by troubleshooting system issues, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth functioning of software systems while working in a fast-paced health tech environment Key Responsibilities- Configure operating systems and assist users with remote troubleshooting; research, identify, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner; work across multiple software systems and escalate issues when required; maintain accurate reports and documentation; provide regular updates and feedback to end-users; ensure high-quality support and issue resolution Skills and Qualifications- Good understanding of Python and basic programming skills; strong problem-solving ability; excellent communication skills; experience in handling end-user queries; ability to multitask and work across systems; eagerness to learn; ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
