Job Title: Director – Data & Analytics Engineering

• 3+ years managing teams
• Expertise in modern data stack & cloud platforms

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end data platform (ingestion → transformation → analytics). Drive AI-first data strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define data platform roadmap & architecture
• Lead Data Engineering & Analytics Engineering teams
• Build scalable pipelines (batch & streaming)
• Implement dbt, semantic layer, data governance
• Partner with Product, Finance, Business teams
• Ensure reliability, SLAs, observability
• Drive AI integration (LLMs, Copilot, automation)
• Enable self-serve analytics (NL-to-SQL, BI tools)
• Evaluate modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
