Eligibility- Graduate in any discipline; 4–5 years of experience in facility management; exposure to healthcare facilities, retail outlets, or multi-location operations preferred; willingness to travel and handle on-ground operations

Role Overview- This is a high-ownership, on-ground role responsible for managing end-to-end facility operations across labs, offices, and retail centers, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and rapid issue resolution while building scalable systems and processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day facility operations across locations; ensure cleanliness, compliance, and operational readiness; handle maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil); oversee housekeeping, pest control, and biomedical waste management; build SOPs, checklists, and maintenance systems; manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and track performance; ensure compliance with NABL and safety regulations; coordinate audits, inspections, and fire safety; support new facility setup and expansions; liaise with landlords and authorities; handle emergencies and breakdowns; track expenses, utility bills, and vendor contracts; collaborate with IT and internal teams

Skills and Qualifications- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset; ability to work in fast-paced and unstructured environments; hands-on execution ability; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and HVAC systems; understanding of healthcare compliance and hygiene standards; vendor management and negotiation skills; strong communication in Hindi and English; multitasking and prioritization ability; basic computer and documentation skills; willingness to travel and handle emergency situations
