• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in MIS, data management, or reporting roles

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and streamline data management and reporting processes across departments. The role involves maintaining databases, generating insightful reports, automating reporting workflows, and supporting management with accurate, data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple departments
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel, VBA, or similar tools
• Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports as required
• Ensure high accuracy and data integrity in all reports shared with management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and verify data inputs
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with internal data governance policies
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Charts)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
