Role Overview:

This role focuses on managing and supporting revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining accuracy in financial data. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams like sales, billing, and deal desk while contributing to audits, month-end close, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606
• Identify and document non-standard contract terms
• Maintain accurate customer and contract data in ERP (NetSuite)
• Analyze large datasets across systems
• Use advanced Excel functions to support revenue recognition
• Support monthly close activities and reconciliations
• Prepare and manage external audit deliverables
• Collaborate with sales, deal desk, and billing teams
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and ensure team efficiency
• Handle ad-hoc revenue-related requests
