Role Overview:

Own end-to-end technical documentation for product features. Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content using text, screenshots, and videos. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research product features, APIs, workflows
• Create how-to guides, API docs, release notes
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, SMEs
• Maintain and update documentation
• Follow style guides, ensure consistency
• Test docs for usability and accuracy
• Manage documentation timelines

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Writing, UX Writing
• Strong English communication
• API Documentation (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• XML, HTML, CSS basics
• Documentation tools (Google Docs, Guidde, ScreenSteps)
• Research & analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Basic project management
• QA understanding
