Eligibility:

• Experience in alternative investment accounting
• Understanding of GAAP / IFRS / STAT
• Knowledge of insurance accounting preferred

Role Overview:

• Support accounting & reporting for alternative investments
• Drive migration to new accounting systems (eFront)
• Improve processes, controls, and automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data migration & system implementation
• Validate accounting frameworks (GAAP, IFRS, STAT)
• Maintain governance, controls, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams & consultants
• Deliver training on products & systems
• Support regulatory compliance & reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of alternative investments & equity method accounting
• Experience in financial reporting & disclosures
• Understanding of the insurance accounting landscape
• Process improvement & control mindset
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Preferred: system migration & basic automation (Python)
