Eligibility:

  • Graduated from any stream with 1+ years of experience in SMS lead generation or similar campaign-based roles
  • Familiarity with SQL, Hadoop, and MMP platforms like Branch, Appsflyer, Trackier

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Technical Account Manager to manage client communication, ensure smooth campaign delivery, and leverage technical platforms to drive performance. The ideal candidate will blend technical knowledge with client-facing communication skills to support campaign execution, reporting, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client/business requirements, coordinate with internal teams to execute and deliver campaigns on time.

Use MMP tools (Appsflyer, Branch, Trackier) to track performance and optimize lead generation.

Analyze reports, evaluate performance metrics, prepare daily activity reports, and identify revenue growth opportunities.

Stay updated with industry trends, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to achieving business goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Hadoop, and experience with report analysis
  • Familiar with MMPs like Appsflyer, Branch, Trackier
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Exposure to DevOps/SRE tools like Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Scripting knowledge in Python/Shell and familiarity with REST APIs, Linux, and cloud services (e.g., Azure) is advantageous
  • Strong client servicing, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
