Eligibility –
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in a Service Delivery Manager role
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies including Microsoft 365, Networking, Backup, VMware, Azure Active Directory, and AWS
- Experience managing infrastructure service delivery engagements in both staffing and managed services models
- Experience managing large infrastructure environments and enterprise clients
- Ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence
Role Overview –
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end infrastructure service delivery operations. The ideal candidate will manage enterprise infrastructure environments, lead technical teams, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while driving automation and technology improvements across the infrastructure landscape.
Key Responsibilities –
- Manage day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring timely completion of projects and support tasks.
- Lead infrastructure service delivery engagements across staffing and managed services models.
- Drive automation initiatives and propose technology solutions to improve service efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
- Manage and mentor a technical infrastructure team.
- Support heterogeneous infrastructure environments, including physical and virtual servers, storage, backup, and data center infrastructure.
- Support Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, Intune, MS Teams, SharePoint, AIP, ATP, Defender, Azure AD Connect, licensing, and user management.
- Manage Active Directory services, including DNS, SMTP, DHCP, Group Policy, and printer management.
Skills and Qualifications –
- Strong expertise in IT Service Delivery Management
- Experience in Infrastructure Management and Infrastructure Support
- Knowledge of Network Support and Enterprise Networking
- Hands-on exposure to Cloud Services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- 5 days Work from Office
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST
