Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science with NLP/AI focus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI systems
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of advanced NLP and AI-driven solutions, focusing on large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI. You’ll play a key role in building scalable conversational AI systems that enhance user experience and automate complex workflows at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and define business problems solvable using AI/ML and NLP
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models (LLMs, RAG systems)
• Build conversational AI solutions and answer-generation systems
• Develop production-grade ML solutions for Text-to-Action use cases
• Analyze time-series data for anomaly detection
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
• Architect scalable ML systems and integrate them into production
• Build high-performance data pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Stay updated with latest research in AI/NLP and drive innovation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in NLP, Machine Learning, and AI
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on with TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
• Understanding of time-series analysis and anomaly detection
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to translate complex problems into ML solutions
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
