Eligibility

Role Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the Brand team in creating visually compelling assets across digital, social, web, and print channels. You will collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full design lifecycle—from ideation and production to performance tracking—while developing your creative and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design assets for social media, email, web, paid ads, and print materials
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and objectives
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
- Assist in the design process from concept to final production
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Incorporate feedback into design revisions and improvements
- Prepare and finalize files for production and delivery
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Support campaign execution across multiple channels
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in macOS and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS tools
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and processes
- Awareness of current design trends and technologies
- Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exposure to tools like Unbounce and landing page design (preferred)
- Interest in performance metrics and data-driven design
- Exposure to B2B marketing or SaaS environments (nice to have)
