Eligibility

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing social, web, mobile, and print design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with Figma, HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles (certification is a plus)

Role Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the Brand team in creating visually compelling assets across digital, social, web, and print channels. You will collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full design lifecycle—from ideation and production to performance tracking—while developing your creative and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design assets for social media, email, web, paid ads, and print materials
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
  • Assist in the design process from concept to final production
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
  • Incorporate feedback into design revisions and improvements
  • Prepare and finalize files for production and delivery
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Support campaign execution across multiple channels

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in macOS and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS tools
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and processes
  • Awareness of current design trends and technologies
  • Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Exposure to tools like Unbounce and landing page design (preferred)
  • Interest in performance metrics and data-driven design
  • Exposure to B2B marketing or SaaS environments (nice to have)
