Eligibility-

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or serviced apartment sales
• Strong network with corporate clients, travel agents, and online travel platforms
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Role Overview-

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing corporate accounts, travel partners, and agencies. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and revenue for hotel rooms and serviced apartments through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agents, and business accounts
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize occupancy
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and sales calls
